On February 2 and 9, 2019, Scouts throughout the Westark Area Council will help make a difference to fight hunger. Scouting for Food is the leading service program for Boy Scouts of America. In partnership with the Harps, 5 News, and HOG Radio Group, this council-wide service project begins Saturday, February 2, 2019 as Scouts distribute bags in their neighborhoods. Scouts return the following Saturday, February 9, 2019, to pick up and deliver donations to their local food banks and pantries.
